100 Days of Wellness
I have made a commitment to finally start my attempt for a healthier overall sense of well-being.
I will start on the first day of the “Ber” months. September 1.
I have decided to place a specific timeline to keep me motivated that there is a finish line.
I have decided 100 days is a perfect timeline. Not too short, not too long.
I have decided I will set specific objectives that I need to achieve each day. That will keep me motivated that I am moving towards my goal.
Three Things I should accomplish each day:
MIND: Meditate and Pray. Take Time to silently clear your mind and converse with God through your Novena to God’s Love.
BODY: Do at least one physical activity. Can range from actual running on the treadmill to washing dishes. Try to also record all your dietary intake.
SPIRIT: Record/Highlight one good deed you have done for the day.
