Day 33 - First Day

BODY: Okay, Monday. While I have not been doing some treadmill work because of my last exhaustion from cleaning my place late last week, I feel like all my fats are bulging again. I did a sneak peek at my weighing scale and found no progress. All the carbs that I passed seems to have no effect at my weight at all. Or could be that I would be even bigger have I continued to eat them. Wait, weren’t I 184 lbs in the past and I am down to 179? Well that’s still 5 lbs. I should not get distracted by this. The key is consistency. I will go on.

SPIRIT: In other news, I started my first day at work from my big week leave. I haven’t had a lot to do and that was not so bad. I’m feeling this RU life will somehow make it well for me. My orientation with my new boss was positive and exciting. I can’t wait to start things and hopefully make an impact with my new role. I need to be kept grounded but also passionate about completing this. 9 months to fulfill. Here I go!
