Day 29 - Out on a Thursday

My back (particularly my lower back) is telling me I’ve been running at the wrong posture for so long. Aaargh. This is why I need to be supervised when working out. I think about how much money I will spend on personal trainer and makes me think it should not be that expensive. I am still in search of a workout buddy, that has not progressed. Although I know I can do the sets on my own, I have learned how, but working out alone does not appeal to my moody energy. Anything beyond fifteen minutes alone threatens my desire to be attached to a human being. Crap. 

BODY: I am still looking at my clutter hoping they will somehow magically mov themselves and tidy up (a la Enchanted) but alas, still not happening. However! If there is one strenuous physical activity I did for the day it would be my choice to commute and take the LRT-MRT combination to get to Makati. I am not going to exaggerate the sardine-expectations because it wasn’t that bad. MRT has just dethroned LRT1 for being the worst train ever because it seems it’s always rush hour no matter what date and time. Plus the ventilation sucks. It needs high-powered-super-powered air-conditioning. Sighs. Frustrating really. I think about Singapore and Japan and their trains. And how Dubai built one so quickly while ours have been like this forever. 

Anyway, I did travel to Makati because I wanna have a semblance of freedom to go out on a weeknight because of my current (and temporary) schedule. So I decided to gather my BFFs for dinner and coffee. I got a little bit moody but all’s well. Valentina, Margarita, Romeo were there. And Kristelle even dropped by. 

Romeo also slept over so that brought some extra physical activity. He is a super nice guy. I really hope he sticks around because he is really all the things Louie wasn’t. But damn I am so caught up with what I don’t have.
