Day 26 - Happy Birthday Mom!

BODY: 20 minutes alternate run and a brekkie of strawberries and yogurt to start my Monday. It’s raining today and I feel a little bit mixed about what I’m supposed to do versus just letting the day pass by. I should win over sluggishness and get to work as much as I can. I am glad I triumphed over not doing my blog and here I am starting it right. 

I also started sorting stuff at my place to give away and started throwing things finally. I’m seen an episode of Hoarders and I certainly am in the makings of that. I realize how my mom is closer to one and how I have inherited that same compulsion. Today, I change my future my throwing things away and letting go of stuff I should’ve.
