Day 22 - Old and Fat
SPIRIT: My ego has landed. I am getting old and fat. When I walked into the salon earlier today, I was greeted with disbelief by my old hairdresser who hasn’t seen me for a long time. It crushed me.
But I decided not to get beaten by it and push still with my endeavor. Everything results from effort and work. If I am to achieve the body and look that I want, then I need to work hard for it.
