Day 20 - End of First Day of the Last Week
BODY: Accelerated run today at the treadmill with a couple of push ups. I did weigh myself earlier today and nothing has changed. I am not discouraged though. I feel the slight change in the way I fit into my tight pants though. SO all is not lost with my mostly vegetarian diet. I need to adopt a more frequent eating habit though, I keep forgetting how that is more beneficial and faster in weight loss.
I am getting pretty consistent with my healthy choices and so far succeeding in having more fiber for breakfast (or first meal of the day).
I am also trying to follow through on my beauty regimen and hopefully shortcut my wellness attempt to be youthful and fair.
MIND & SPIRIT: I am done with all my turnover items to my replacement and will spend the rest of the week just doing touch ups and follow through. I got a good handle on my last one on one with our expat Dennis, and I sealed it with a good casual lunch with the two other senior managers Honey and Sarah Jane at Big Better Burger. I didn’t eat a burger though, I had a burrito. I hope that’s less fattening.
I also agreed to finally bond with the team on Saturday, have a good drink and barbecue. Jackets off, and pure fun. I also owe Dennis this as I did promised a night out with him.
I am onwards my last week in the south and I plan to make it good.
