Day 12 & 13 - Toast Box

BODY: Successfully pushed myself to do a 30-minute routine at the gym downstairs. Combined chest, shoulders and ab workout. Every little bit helps.

DIET: downed a salad to start my day, a cup of sumiyaki, a small buko tart and pineapple juice to kick energy for my workout. I believe I do not need to be drastic about my diet but to control my portions while cutting fat and carbs by choosing healthier options.

MIND & SPIRIT: Though i started late, I did a full 6 hours of non-stop work with a dose of creating a set of life coupons I plan to give out when I leave Alabang. They’re pretty cute. Monday also was pretty productive as I spent some good bonding time with Roach as she decided to swing by my area after bringing her daughter to school. It was full for a limited time. We had brunch at cha-a and then watched Contagion with our frozen yogurts. Then had a full snack at Toast Box. 

I haven’t weighed myself to check for progress and I think that’s okay. I still almost couldn’t fit on my tight pair of slacks. I’m pushing myself to be able to breathe while wearing those. 

So for Day 12 I did some good Body workout, and Day 13 is exercising friendship Spirit.
