Day 10 & 11 - Catch Up Entry

Me doing the entry at the end of the day versus start of day (from graveyard work) has been screwing on the numerics match with the entry. But I shouldn’t be bothered as that is just aesthetic. The goal is results.

BODY: The long drive back home is really a tiring one. I’m glad Erik Jon agreed to drive from Nasugbu to Alabang. With the exception of Victoria, I have a different roster this time. Aquaman is in tow and another colleague named Jennifer. It was a shorter drive really but our stopover to Nuvali was a good one.

Day 11. I woke up after 11 hours of coma, more or less, and decided to do something productive. I also succeeded in pushing myself to the treadmill and run a good run. 30 minutes and 3K distance combined walk and accelerated running. Starting my Sunday good. My mom was also home and that is a great thing. She cleaned my bathroom and fix stuff in the kitchen. Good to wake up with a cleaner bathroom. My couch still smells like a construction worker though. Need to push into getting that cleaned asap.

DIET for the day has been a mix. But i think slowly I am able to control myself on the portions and have been choosing more vegetables than meat. Which is great. Once I get a hold of the portions, I am halfway done my task.

SPIRIT: I accompanied Romeo to a birthday/baptism of his best friend at Century Park. I was a bit awkward at first as I feel I look like a bloated oldie but I managed to pull through and got some good reviews from his bff. The food was good though and we this event will go down as one of our personal times together. After that, we went straight to The Feast and was able to experience it from start to finish. Good make up for last week’s miss. Valentina and Boy Abunda were there too as they are also regulars. We capped the night with a vietnamese salad dinner and a silly local comedy movie. It’s always healthy to have intimacy before sleeping and Romeo and I fixed the tension we had early in the day.

My eyes are literally heavy, as it has been the past couple of days. I think that means I am getting closer to my wide-awake limits forcing me to shutdown. Well, I am welcoming that because sleep does wonders. Goodnight Y’all!
